windows vista drivers update boot process

two drivers from microsft need to be updated so the system can boot properly and not take so long. they were reported on the screen but no fixes.
1. UPDATE . sys Update driver from Microsoft.com
2.MONITOR . sys Monitor driver from Microsoft.com
